If you want to return an item to the seller, there are several ways to do it. Who pays for the return depends on the seller’s return policy and the reason for the return.
Before you send an item back to the seller, start the return process
If the seller accepts your return request, either myflohmarkt or the seller will send you a return label. In some cases, you will also be asked to purchase a return label yourself from a shipping company.
After the seller has accepted the request, we will send you an email with the subject line “Return item” to your messages. In the e-mail you will find all the details about your return request and by when you should return the item at the latest. Please return the item before the specified date. If you do not return the item in time, we may close your request and you will not receive a refund.
Who pays the return costs?
If you want to return an item because it does not match the description or it has arrived damaged or defective, the seller pays the shipping costs.
If you’ve changed your mind about the item, please review the seller’s return policy for the listing. Some sellers offer free returns, but you usually have to pay for the return yourself.
For myflohmarkt Plus members, myflohmarkt will pay for the return shipping costs. You can find more information and the conditions for free returns here . A dedicated hotline is available for queries.
